Once you have collected the correct ingredients, you will be able to combine them into Cartridges at any workshop. These bullets can only be used in Muskets, so you need to make sure you have the right skills. Musket damage is related to Dexterity, but it is also affected by Intelligence. There are two Musket skill trees in New World: Sharpshooter and Trapper. No matter which one you choose, you need to aim carefully to preserve limited bullets.
